Yuichi Morie has thirty years of experience as a sushi chef. He was born and raised in Japan and learned
the art of sushi from esteemed Japanese chefs. His travels throughout the world influenced him in
creating a blend of old and new, eastern and western. He takes great pride in the transformation of the
freshest fish into works of sushi art.
